Processing & Handling
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if shipping is upgraded to express.

Delivery & Signatures
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door. However, it is up to the courier to decide if the package is safe to be left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to accept the package (like a work address).

International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees required by your local Customs authority. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Hovurka Enterprises L.P. and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). On some occasions, a courier like DHL may pay these on your behalf for faster delivery; you will be responsible for repaying these charges upon or after delivery.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. To request a change, please write to us at support@beeviar.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it due to our fast processing times.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.
