Refund policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through beeviar.com. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that have not been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.

Note: A photo of the product will be requested before the returns process begins to verify its condition.

What is the return period? If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item. What should I do? Please contact us immediately within 30 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please include:

  • A clear picture of the packaging showing the tracking number.

  • A picture of the product received. Our Returns Department will inspect the claim and provide options for a replacement or a gift card. We will send out a replacement for the original item at no cost, subject to availability.

Why are Beeviar products non-returnable if opened? Beeviar products are considered hygienic items. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously; therefore, we do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracking option (USPS, UPS, or FedEx insured parcel post) as Beeviar is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • International Returns: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package to avoid delivery issues.

May I return products without contacting you first? No. You must contact us prior to sending your return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The return address may differ from your original shipping address, and the RMA helps us track your package and expedite your refund. Refunds for merchandise returned without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.

When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the item is unopened.

  • Important: You must provide us with the tracking information for your return package for us to process the refund.

  • Processing Time: Most financial institutions take 3–7 business days to process refunds. Please allow up to 9 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement before contacting us.

Will my express shipping costs be refunded? No. While we provide free standard shipping for all orders, any additional costs paid for express shipping are non-refundable.
